- Represents clients before local, state and federal governmental entities and agencies, federal and state trial and appellate courts, and the Division of Administrative Hearings concerning environmental, administrative, natural resources, and civil issues.
- Assists clients with state and federal wetlands permitting, endangered species issues, sovereign lands authorizations, marina and coastal construction permitting, and linear transportation and utility projects.
- Admitted to practice before all Florida courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Claims.
