  • Represents clients in CERCLA cost recovery actions and toxic tort litigation involving the determination and appropriation of liability.
  • Represents clients on hazardous waste management matters and general industrial regulatory compliance and advises clients in the event of regulatory enforcement.
  • Assists in developing water resource management solutions by incorporating water quality credit trading.
  • Advocate for municipalities responding to local land use decision appeals and challenges.
  • Assists clients in securing and protecting intellectual property rights.

Prior Professional Experience

  • Civil engineer and project manager representing private manufacturers; served as Engineering Manager under contract with Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Hazardous Waste and Dry-Cleaning Program.
  • Engineer of Record for multiple remedial action plans, in charge of bid package development, subcontractor selection, and construction oversight for state hazardous waste sites.
  • Consulted private industrial clients assisting in all phases of environmental compliance and engineering needs, including waste management and applying for and negotiating permits.
