Mr. Aschauer represents clients on matters related to litigation and environmental regulation.  He has been involved in multiple cases before the Division of Administrative Hearings involving environmental resource permits, consumptive use permits, and water quality standards. His practice also involves Federal matters governed by the Clean Water Act “CWA,” National Environmental Policy Act “NEPA,” and the Freedom of Information Act “FOIA.”
