John Wallace represents public and private clients in the areas of environmental, land use, real property and governmental law, with an emphasis on litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Wallace represented a major U.S. tobacco company in Engle progeny litigation throughout Florida. Mr. Wallace also served as an Assistant State Attorney in the Fourth Judicial Circuit, where he tried numerous jury trials and bench trials.
Areas of Practice
Represents land owners in litigation involving riparian rights, sovereignty submerged land issues and boundary disputes.
Defends clients accused of violating state and federal environmental statutes and regulations.
Counsels clients on compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act, the Clean Water Act, and the Endangered Species Act.
Represents land owners whose property is subject to condemnation due to petroleum/natural gas pipeline projects.
Provides general and special counsel representation to counties, municipalities and special districts.
