- Represents clients in matters concerning agency enforcement, permitting, water rights, hazardous waste, wetlands, coastal construction, and property rights.
Prior Professional Experience
- Prior to joining the firm, worked for the Tampa office of a national firm defending clients in matters relating to professional malpractice, casualty, construction defects, toxic mold, fair debt, condominium law, homeowners associations, discrimination, indemnity and subrogation claims.
- During law school, worked as an intern at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection researching issues relating to permitting and administrative law.
