- Represents clients in matters of civil litigation before state trial and appellate courts and the division of Administrative Hearings concerning environmental permitting, real estate and land use litigation, eminent domain and private property rights.
- Represents private and public clients with matters before the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, the South Florida Water Management District, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and other government agencies.
- Represents clients in various matters before the various professional licensing boards within the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
Prior Professional Experience
- During law school, worked as an intern for the Everglades Law Center and the Florida Department of Transportation District 6 encompassing Miami-Dade and Monroe counties.
- During the summer of 2007, worked as a summer associate for Lewis, Longman & Walker P.A. in the West Palm Beach office.
- Prior to law school, worked as a marketing manager for a New York publishing company.
