- Florida Bar Board Certified in Real Estate - represents residential and commercial clients in real estate negotiations, transactions, and related matters.
- Assisted in the acquisition, title work, sale and permitting of several large multi-use development projects, and associated infrastructure improvements.
- Represents public and private clients in a wide range of environmental permitting/regulatory issues.
- Practice focuses on water quality and quantity issues.
Extensive experience in the drafting, negotiation and interpretation of Tribal water rights agreements.
- Successful in drafting and implementing Water Quality Standards for the Seminole Tribe of Florida.
- Researched, negotiated and oversaw the adoption of a water supply entitlement Agreement for the Seminole Tribe's Big Cypress Reservation.
- Extensive experience in the representation of clients before State and Federal agencies on water resource related matters.
- Successfully contributed to the resolution of longstanding regulatory
problems involving several large municipal and county public water supply
well fields.
- Successfully challenged agency rule imposing county-wide manatee speed zone regulations.
