Areas of Practice

Environmental and Land Use, Administrative, Real Estate and Sustainability Law
  • Represents government entities and private sector clients on all aspects of state and federal environmental resource permitting, state consumptive use permitting, mitigation banking and endangered species matters. This representation includes advising clients through all phases of local, state and federal approval processes from the application through the defense and prosecution of any administrative, local or federal challenges that may ensue.
  • Represents public and private clients with matters before the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, the various Florida water management districts, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and other agencies.
  • Represents public and private clients in all aspects of Real Estate matters, including asset evaluation from an environmental permitting perspective.

Prior Professional Experience

  • Ms. Jennison held the position of Senior Legal Research Assistant for the South Florida Water Management District for 13 years.
