Public Finance
- Serves as bond counsel with respect to both governmental and private-use bonds issued by municipalities, counties, authorities and special districts throughout Florida, including new money transactions and refunds.
- Serves as underwriter's counsel on public finance transactions in Florida, representing national and regional investment banking firms.
- Serves as counsel to the issuer and disclosure counsel regarding public finance transactions, assisting general and special purpose governmental entities.
- Represents developers and conduit borrowers in public finance transactions.
- Served as bond counsel for successful financing undertaken by Palm Beach County, the Town of Jupiter, the Okeechobee Utility Authority, the Quantum Community Development District and the Westgate/Belvedere Homes Community Redevelopment Agency, among others.

Government Law/Legislative/Special Districts/Administrative
- Serves as general counsel to a number of special districts (10 community development districts), including South Indian River Water Control District, Ranger Drainage District, CityPlace Community Development District and Portofino Isles Community Development District, among others.
- Represents special districts, municipalities and counties with respect to general governmental, public finance, legislative, utilities and land use issues.
- Represents public and private clients before the Florida Legislature, the Governor and Cabinet and local governments in matters involving state and local government approvals, regulatory issues and financial transactions.
- Has extensive experience in state government in Florida: served as Assistant General Counsel to the Department of Banking and Finance, Cabinet Aide to the Comptroller, Counsel to the Palm Beach County Legislative Delegation, and as staff to the House Committee on Rules and Calendar and the Senate Economic, Community and Consumer Affairs Committee.
- Possesses significant experience in local government in Florida: served as Chief Assistant County Attorney for Palm Beach County, Chief Counsel for the Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department, Acting Town Attorney for the Town of Jupiter and Counsel to the Palm Beach County Value Adjustment Board; served thirteenth term as Chairman of the Jupiter Planning and Zoning Commission.
