Throughout Florida, professionals face challenges and issues regarding licensing and professional discipline. We have provided necessary support and advice at all stages of licensing including application denial, disciplinary and administrative hearings, and appeals. We understand the detailed regulations and disciplinary guidelines of the Florida licensing boards. We represent healthcare professionals such as advanced practice nurses, registered nurses, medical doctors, osteopathic physicians, physician assistants and hearing aid specialists. We help ensure that professionals are in compliance with their obligations and licensing requirements.
We also assist construction, general contractor and engineering professionals in obtaining licensing in Florida as well as defending against disciplinary action by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
