Florida has more coastline than any other state. We’re blessed with abundant rainfall that recharges our aquifers and fills our lakes, streams, rivers, and storm drains. Because our attorneys have experience in engineering, environmental science, and resource regulation, we see these management issues differently.
Water rights, water resources and water use have become vital concerns in the United States, and Florida in particular. Currently, Florida’s limited water supply is divided among competing uses: agriculture, power generation, personal use, commercial process, and conservation uses. Knowledge of water conservation planning, alternative water supply production and distribution and restrictions on water withdrawals is essential for businesses and local governments.
