LLW Attorney Natalie Kato’s Win on Behalf of the Sean Shaw Campaign
On August 24th, LLW attorney Natalie Kato successfully sued to remove a statewide candidate from Florida’s primary ballot. Leon County Court Judge Karen Gievers ruled in favor of LLW’s client Sean Shaw and found that his Democratic Primary opponent did not properly qualify for the ballot. This ruling marks the first time in recent Florida history that a statewide candidate for office was removed from the ballot.
