Jennifer S. Bissette, CP, FRP

With over 25 years of experience in civil litigation and over 20 years in real estate closings and title work, Ms. Bissette provides comprehensive support in both areas. In litigation, she manages cases by preparing, organizing, and analyzing discovery documents, e-discovery and exhibits; drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses; and providing general litigation support. She prepares commercial and residential real estate contracts, conducts title examinations, drafts license agreements and easements, and assists with real estate transactions. She also conducts legal and factual research with extensive experience in local government matters, including charter revisions, ordinance preparation and notices, elections, public procurement, code enforcement, Sunshine Law compliance, and public records.
