Rossmell is recognized for her innovative leadership in the legal field, where her passion and expertise have earned her widespread respect across the state. Her inclusion in this year’s 40 Under 40 list highlights her unwavering commitment to creating positive change for Floridians.

A Florida Bar board-certified attorney in City, County, and Local Government Law—an honor attained by less than half of one percent of all Florida lawyers—Rossmell’s practice encompasses land use, environmental, local government, and natural resources law. She serves both private and public clients on a broad range of issues, including land use, natural resources permitting, NEPA compliance, civil litigation, and special assessment methodology for community redevelopment. Her extensive expertise has earned her a trusted reputation among clients in both the public and private sectors.

Rossmell is also deeply involved in community leadership. She currently serves as Treasurer for the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chair of NorthPACII, and serves on the Boards of the Pine Jog Environmental Education Center and Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies Coalition of Palm Beach County, along with participation in several other charitable and community organizations.
