Depending on the types of permits your property needs for your development, it could take anywhere from six months to literally as long as a couple years. If you have federal issues on the property, wetlands, species, those permits needs to be noticed and it can go through a fairly long process with public comment. However, if you are consistent with the local plans and you have minimal wetlands and species issues on your property, you can probably get through the process in less than a year.
