Ms. Lozada assists attorneys in the areas of environmental law, land use, and local government law, providing support in all phases of federal, state, and administrative litigation for both private and governmental clients. With over 28 years of experience in civil litigation, she helps attorneys with case management and strategy, gathers, organizes, and analyzes discovery documents and exhibits, drafts legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings, summarizes depositions, and assists with deposition and trial preparation. She also prepares for and attends trials alongside attorneys to ensure thorough and effective case support.
