Mr. Dodge represents public and private clients in matters involving real property, permitting and environmental issues on both the state and federal levels.

Areas of Practice

  • Represents residential and commercial clients in real estate negotiations, transactions, and related matters.

  • Frequently assists in the acquisition, title work, sale and permitting of large multi-use development projects, and associated infrastructure improvements.

  • Extensive experience in mortgage related litigation, work-outs and foreclosure actions.

  • Represents public and private clients in a wide range of environmental permitting/regulatory issues.

  • Represents clients before State and Federal agencies on real property and water resource related matters.

  • Experience with the Florida Department of Transportation on construction and expansion related issues with linear projects, including eminent domain proceedings.

  • Has represented the Seminole Tribe of Florida for over 30 years on a wide array of projects including infrastructure development, complex permitting issues, endangered species and other water resource related issues.
