Mr. Dodge represents public and private clients in matters involving real property, permitting and environmental issues on both the state and federal levels.
Areas of Practice
Represents residential and commercial clients in real estate negotiations, transactions, and related matters.
Frequently assists in the acquisition, title work, sale and permitting of large multi-use development projects, and associated infrastructure improvements.
Extensive experience in mortgage related litigation, work-outs and foreclosure actions.
Represents public and private clients in a wide range of environmental permitting/regulatory issues.
Represents clients before State and Federal agencies on real property and water resource related matters.
Experience with the Florida Department of Transportation on construction and expansion related issues with linear projects, including eminent domain proceedings.
Has represented the Seminole Tribe of Florida for over 30 years on a wide array of projects including infrastructure development, complex permitting issues, endangered species and other water resource related issues.
