COVID-19 Update from LLW

March 19, 2020

Dear LLW Clients and Friends:

As COVID-19 continues to impact the global community, we would like to assure you that Lewis, Longman & Walker’s five offices around the state remain open for business and fully operational. We continue to monitor guidance from the President, Governor, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local health officials to ensure we are making good decisions about our operations to protect our community, our clients and our employees. Decisions about our business operations will be based upon their recommendations. LLW has adopted a COVID-19 policy which includes preventative measures to ensure the safety of our employees while continuing to provide legal services to our clients. Video and audio conferencing capabilities remain alternative ways to meet with us. Contact your attorney directly to schedule.  Our attorneys are available by telephone and email, and each has access to his or her voicemail.  We have suspended all outside meetings and events in order to protect our employees. In the event we need to close any or all of our offices, the firm has invested in the technology to allow our employees to work remotely and securely, which enables us to serve you better.

We greatly appreciate the health care workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are working to contain COVID-19. The continuously evolving situation has created an environment of uncertainty, and Lewis, Longman & Walker is here to serve you and your business needs as we navigate this complex and challenging time together.

We will continue to actively monitor the situation and share updates as needed.
