Lewis, Longman & Walker, P.A. attorney Richard P. Green was recently selected for the 2021-2022 Leadership Development Program for the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy and Resources (ABA SEER). Richard Green is one of only 12 individuals selected nationally out of a very strong group of applicants.

The Leadership Development Program supports ABA SEER members interested in expanding a current leadership role or growing their knowledge of the Section so that they can assume a leadership role in the future.  To learn more about the Leadership Development Program, click here.

Richard is a member of ABA SEER and was a participant in the 2016-2017 American Bar Association Membership Diversity Enhancement Program.

Mr. Green has extensive litigation experience in a variety of areas such as real property, commercial, code enforcement and environmental matters.  Mr. Green represents various public and private entities in litigation in both federal, state, and administrative forums.  Primarily, Mr. Green has represented public entities in litigation regarding environmental matters such as environmental permitting, environmental contamination, and construction litigation.
