LLW attorneys will participate in the Florida Chamber’s 34th Annual Environmental Permitting Summer School July 21-24th in Marco Island. LLW is proud to be a long-time supporter of the event. Six LLW attorneys will present at the conference this year:

Tuesday, July 21

Wednesday, July 22

  • Lori Killinger will participate in a panel titled Florida’s Environment, Water Policy, the 2020 Legislature and Beyond
  • Andrew Baumann will moderate a panel titled Permitting and Development in the Coastal Marine Environment
  • Brenna Durden will participate in a panel titled Recent Developments in Property Rights

Thursday, July 23

  • Alfred Malefatto will participate in a panel titled Hot Topics/Emerging Issues in Waste Management
  • Frederick Aschauer, Jr. will moderate a panel titled Coastal Construction Control Line Permitting
