September 22, 2026 – Lewis, Longman & Walker (LLW), one of Florida’s leading law firms for environmental, land use, and government law, is proud to welcome two new attorneys to the team, Isabella T. Forsell (St. Petersburg) and Dominique Palka (Tallahassee).

Isabella is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law and earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. She has served as a law clerk at LLW, an extern with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, and an intern with the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office. In those roles, she earned experience in environmental law, litigation and legislative affairs.

Dominique is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law with a concentration in environmental law. While there she served as President of the Environmental Law Society and won a national environmental negotiation competition while simultaneously serving as a water policy adjunct professor at Stetson University. The summer of 2025, she served as a law clerk at LLW where she supported permitting, enforcement, land use, and regulatory research. She also served as an intern with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Office of General Counsel and as an extern with the Southwest Florida Water Management District.
