LLW Attorneys to Present at the Florida Chamber’s Annual Environmental Permitting Summer School

Lewis, Longman & Walker attorneys will participate in the Florida Chamber’s 30th Annual Environmental Permitting Summer School July 19-22nd in Orlando.  LLW is proud to be a long-time supporter of the event and will also host its third annual private networking event on-site. Eleven LLW attorneys will present at the conference this year.

Terry Lewis will participate on a panel titled “Florida’s Environment, Water Policy, the 2016 Legislature and Beyond,”  Michelle Diffenderfer will participate in a panel titled “Lake Okeechobee and the Estuaries: A Water Management Balancing Act – Part II,” Andy Baumann will moderate a panel titled ” Special Permit Considerations for Sovereign Lands and Aquatic Preserves,” Tara Duhy will participate on a panel titled “Transportation Planning: How Do We Get There From Here?,” Alfred Malefatto will participate in a panel titled “Current Harvest of RBCA Fruit: A Full Basket and Seeds for the Future: A Risk Based and Corrective Action Update” and Kathryn Rossmell will participate on a panel titled “WMD Planning, Regulatory and Policy Update.”

Attorneys from the Tampa Bay Office:

Kevin Hennessy will participate on a panel entitled “Extreme Environmental People Skills,” and Dennis Stotts will participate on a panel titled “Environmental Permitting and Enforcement Update.”

Attorney from the Jacksonville Office:

Brenna Durden will participate on a panel titled “WMD Planning, Regulatory, and Policy Update” and Wayne Flowers will participate on a panel titled “Coastal Marine Permitting and Mitigation.
