Glenn is board certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in City, County and Local Government Law. Janice is board certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in City, County and Local Government Law.  Her practice focuses on public pension, government contracting and procurement, and land use law. She advises public employers on the design, implementation, and administration of their retirement plans, including defined benefit, defined contribution, 401(a), and 457(b) plans. Janice has assisted local governments seeking to join the Florida Retirement System.
