Yadira Garcia is a J.D. candidate at Stetson University College of Law, where she  currently serves as the Assistant Editor in Chief of Stetson Law Review and as Vice President of Stetson’s chapter of the Cuban American Bar Association. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from the University of Florida, and previously held the position of Director of Professional Networking at UF’s Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International.

 

Jonathan Gardner is a J.D. candidate at Stetson University College of Law where he serves as the Research Editor of Stetson Law Review and is a member of Stetson Law’s Dispute Resolution Board. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Business Economics and a minor in Political Science from the University of Central Florida. Jonathan volunteers his time at Florida Guardian Ad Litem.

 

Ana Gitli is a J.D. candidate at the Florida State University School of Law where she holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Classics and an Honors Certificate in Emergency Management and Homeland Security. She also serves as President of the Cuban American Bar Association, FSU Chapter. Her areas of interest include environmental law, government affairs and public policy.

 

John Dennis is a J.D. candidate at the University of Miami School of Law and serves as an Articles & Comments Editor at UM’s International and Comparative Law Review. He also serves as Student Editor at JOTWELL, an online forum where legal scholars can go to identify and celebrate the latest work of their colleagues. John is a former Intern at Miami Law’s Environmental Justice Clinic. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from Hamilton College in 2020. John was recognized as the top student in the “Legal Communication and Research I” course for the fall semester of 2022.

 

Tenney Kapellusch is a J.D. candidate at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where she is pursuing her legal education as a first-generation law student. Tenney is Vice Chair for Membership within the Environmental Law Society Network (ELSN) of the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy and Resources. In this capacity, she serves as the vital link between ELSN and individual law school Law Society chapters, fostering collaboration and cohesion within the environmental law community. Tenney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from the University of Florida, and a minor in Agricultural and Natural Resources Law.
