Mr. Green has extensive litigation experience in a variety of areas such as real property, commercial, and environmental litigation. For Real Estate matters, Mr. Green provides a full range of services for residential and commercial clients.
Mr. Green was the lead associate attorney for the insurance policy enforcement litigation for Manatee County Port Authority for the events which took place on the HRK Holdings, LLC site relative to the phosphogypsum containment stack failure. Mr. Green has also been involved in numerous Beach Nourishment litigation matters concerning issues of borrow areas, availability of sand, use of groins, effects of navigation inlets, and downdrift impacts. Mr. Green is also involved in construction litigation, specifically issues regarding risk of loss, collection, and contract dispute between contractors.
Mr. Green’s current focus, aside from litigation, is developing the firm’s real estate practice for the West Coast of Florida. Mr. Green will be utilizing his experience in foreclosure, title, and other real estate matters to assist banking institutions, Realtors and individuals in their Real Estate closing process. Mr. Green’s Real Estate practice includes conducting real estate closings, Real Estate litigations, e.g., Partition, contract disputes, and title disputes.
Mr. Green has litigated numerous multi-million dollar complex litigation matters such as property casualty cases on behalf of individuals and insurance companies. He has advised some of the nation’s largest banks and insurance companies on contract interpretation and implementation and represented these entities in complex contractual disputes.
