Our attorneys understand the modern agricultural industry from both regulatory and producer perspectives. We help agricultural producers navigate shifting regulatory landscapes at the federal, state, and local government levels. We provide our clients reliable legal counsel so they can focus on producing food and fiber for the country. Our attorneys include two former Senior Attorneys from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), a fourth-generation farmer, and a graduate of the University of Florida’s Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (UF/IFAS) Natural Resources Leadership Institute. We are active members of the Florida Fruit and Vegetable Association, the Florida 4-H Foundation, United Dairy Farmers of Florida, and the Florida Cattlemen’s Association.
We assist agricultural producers with a variety of environmental and land use issues including:
- Right-to-Farm Act
- Agricultural Land Classification
- Environmental Resource Permitting
- Consumptive Use Permitting
- Agritourism
- Best Management Practices
- Wetlands
