Telsula C. Morgan

Ms. Morgan’s practice focuses on administrative, civil and appellate litigation, environmental and natural resources law.

Areas of Practice

  • Reviews, negotiates, and drafts settlement agreements and consent orders.

  • Provides representation in all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation, motion practice, presentation of the case at hearing or trial, preparation of post hearing pleadings in accordance with statute and rule.

  • Evaluates and prosecutes violations of various state statutes and county codes. Previous experience pertaining to sewage disposal systems, drinking water and waste water systems, biomedical and hazardous waste facilities, environmental permitting and child care facilities.

  • Provides counsel on regulatory compliance, previous experience includes HIPPA breaches, consent to medical treatment and health care advance directives.
