Charles "Chase" Preston

Chase’s practice focuses on environmental, land use, real estate, litigation, and government law. He is an active member of the Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Division.

While earning his law degree, Chase gained valuable experience through several legal clerkships. He served as a Law Clerk with the Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County, where he developed experience in regulatory compliance, permitting, construction, and other matters.
