Ms. Poot represents public and private clients in the areas of environmental, land use, and local government law.

Areas of Practice

  • Assists local governments in matters concerning public records, Sunshine Law, quasi-judicial hearings, procurement procedures, and contract management.

  • Assists public and private clients in matters concerning land use and environmental issues.

  • Assists local governments in drafting ordinances, resolutions, and land development regulations.

  • Represents public and private clients in civil litigation, appellate, and administrative litigation matters.

  • Provides general and special counsel representation to local governments.
