Ms. Morgan’s practice focuses on administrative, civil and appellate litigation, environmental and natural resources law.
Areas of Practice
Represents private and governmental clients in civil and administrative litigation before state trial courts, courts of appeal and the Division of Administrative Hearings in matters related to riparian rights, docks, contract and real estate disputes, private property rights, comprehensive land use planning, zoning, site planning and other local development orders.
Represents private and governmental clients in permitting and compliance issues with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, the South Florida Water Management District, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in matters concerning coastal construction permitting and environmental resource permitting.
Represents local governments in the areas of procurement, contract management, employment, ethics, public records, Sunshine Laws, and real property issues.
