Code Enforcement Lien Amnesty Program

September 16, 2021

On September 14th, the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution authorizing a code enforcement lien amnesty program. Property owners can qualify to have their liens reduced by 100% provided they meet the conditions of the program. Interested property owners or lien holders must submit an application to the County between October 1, 2021 and November 30, 2021 and pay an application fee of $250. In order for the lien to be reduced, the property must be brought into compliance and an Affidavit of Compliance must be issued by the Code Enforcement office. The County’s agenda item and resolution can be accessed here.
