August 3, 2026 – Florida law firm Lewis, Longman & Walker, P.A. is excited to announce attorney Charles “Chase” Preston has joined the firm’s St. Petersburg office.

Chase’s practice focuses on environmental, land use, real estate, litigation, and government law. He is an active member of the Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Division.

Before joining LLW, Chase advised clients in commercial lending transactions and commercial litigation matters.

Prior to that, while earning his law degree, Chase gained valuable experience serving as a Law Clerk with the Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County, where he developed experience in regulatory compliance, permitting, construction, and other matters.

Chase received his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2024, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, cum laude, from Florida State University in 2021.
