Which agencies are involved in the review of infrastructure projects?

That's going to be a function of the modality that you're talking about whether it be surface transportation or rail or airports or even space. For surface transportation, forbigger projects that are not local roads, typically that would be the Federal Highway Administration and the State Department of Transportation. They're involved in the planning and the funding and the implementation of the project. Those projects have to go through permitting like any any other project. For site specific environmental impacts you're going to be looking to the Corps of Engineers for implementation of the Clean Water Act requirements, and you're going to be looking to the water management districts in Florida for the environmental resource permitting associated with that projects. For airports, again the primary planning agencies are going to be the Federal Aviation Administration and the local sponsor, whether it be city, county or some special district. You'll deal with the permitting requirements as we said before with the Clean Water Act requirements or environmental resource permitting with either the Corps of Engineers or the water management districts.
