The types of projects that get triggered by NEPA of course first are federal agencies. Anything the federal government is doing and when you think about that, it could be the scope of something the department of transportation is doing. Say a new or improvements to a highway locally. It may be if you look at the department of interior, it could be the taking of land into trust for tribes. It could be the building of a new port or the expansion of a new port or airport in your community. Those projects typically require federal agency action and those federal agencies have to comply with NEPA.
