You want to start as early as possible. When you know that you're going to be in the market to buy or sell property contact your real estate professional. They can help you with contracts, negotiate the transaction, and then take you right through the closing process.

Many times people come to me they've already executed the contract and they're like, "Help me close this," and there's already issues in the contract that they could of avoided had they come to me before executing that contract. Contact your real estate attorney as early as possible.
