Mr. Green has extensive litigation experience in a variety of areas such as real property, commercial, and environmental matters. Regarding environmental litigation, Mr. Green has represented several government and private clients in issues involving the Clean Water Act, environmental waste contamination, beach renourishment, and coastal construction control line permitting and environmental resource permitting challenges.
Mr. Green has also represented public and private clients in construction disputes and contract disputes related to environmental issues such as water main replacement and sanitary sewer reconstruction.
